Fernando Musa served as Chief Executive Officer of Braskem SA from May 2016 to December 2019. He was in charge of the company's business in the United States and Europe.
Fernando joined Braskem in January 2010, as Planning and Integration Officer at Quattor, where he was responsible for the integration into Braskem, leading the Financial, Procurement, Polymer Logistics and SAP Project areas. In 2011, Fernando became the Planning and Business Development Officer, leading the areas of Strategic Planning, Procurement and Information Technology, and was also in charge of quantiQ, Braskem's distributor of chemical products.
Prior to Braskem, Fernando held leadership positions at McKinsey, Editora Abril, and Monitor Group
Alice has a diverse and extensive experience in long-term strategy formulation, scenario planning, operational program design and implementation. She started her management consulting career as a market researcher conducting market/industry research and data analysis for Life Science clients. Later part of her consulting career she spent designed and managed complex projects at both US and International level.
Since 2006, Alice has been invited to numerous industry and Medical Affairs conferences, including Digital Pharma, Advanced analytics, and Innovation conferences (BEI & FEI) as a speaker, facilitator, and panelist to share best practices and innovative programs. Alice is also an advisory board member of the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), advocating the practice of innovation and mentoring others who are interested in this discipline.
Babatunde Akindele (Tunde) leads Strategy for the Global Network and Technology organization at Version. He has led strategy and innovation management across industry verticals within the company, helping to develop several breakthrough innovation business concepts. Tunde was also responsible for financial validation, deal negotiation, strategic planning, corporate venturing, and M&A valuation within Verizon over the past 8 years.
Prior to Verizon, Tunde worked with IXL Center, where he helped fortune 100 corporations develop and commercialize innovative business concepts and strategies. Tunde previously held a regional leadership role in a multinational telecommunication provider in Nigeria, successfully designing sales expansion strategies and leading significant business turnaround initiatives.
Tunde is passionate about leadership, as he is a leadership trainer and coach and a frequent speaker at innovation management and VC events in the Boston innovation ecosystem. In addition, he spends time mentoring startups and small businesses in the Greater Boston Area.
